How can I understand the work stress in a Logistics Organization?

I would like to know is there any justification that work related stress gives a direct impact on employees of the logistics Industry, and what would be their work stress factors causing it.

In addition, work stress in any organisation will be similar to the work stress in a logistic organisation. Lots of research output is available on work stress and employee performance. Maybe, you will have to find out- whats the difference in working in logistic organisation compared to any other organisation to qualify for this research. Or what different variables will come into play compared to any other organisations- impacting on employee performance.

In my opinion, the employees of the logistics sector are subject to an environment with great pressure of time and accuracy.

In internal operations, the work does not always develops in good ergonomic conditions (lighting, ventilation, fitness of work positions), while transportation may provokes interference about the perception of employees of their personal safety (traffic, hours of journey, etc. ..).

Other big stress factor is the  lack of training.

I believe that the impact of such conditions (if any) will be stressful, that may results in a minor work efficiency, more mistakes, and from personal standpoint, accidents and injuries.

Stress will result dissatisfaction.

I did that before using stress instruments and turnover rate of the organization

May be conduct a survey in a few logistics organisations in relations to work performance and stress

Complementing my previous comment, the work-related stress is linked directly to the conditions in which this work is developed, which is to say pressures, training and environment. Working conditions in each company are known (or should be). In my opinion, because of the human factor, improving the conditions should be more important than measuring. What do you think?

I suggest that you study about Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Thare are profound researches about this theme.

If You want to understrand the the work stress in a Logistics Organization, so you must  learning human factor on work station, for examples, Man-and Machine Bio mechanic interaction related physical stress, You can used Heart beat measurement and eye movement and biorhytmic mapping. After you has measuring all variable researched you can find whichone that variable has a possitive effect on stress in a logistic organizations, also you can find that stress is related to point system sallary.

Japanese Industrial Organization in Comparative Perspective

Examines theory and research on Japanese patterns of work, and industrial organization in broad comparison with the US and other Western societies. Four topics are considered:labor markets, internal organization structure, employee work attitudes, and industrial organizations. While internal labor market theory and other rationalist models of Japanese work organisation have considerable explanatory power, there are limits to their capacity to account for Japanese distinctiveness. -from Authors
